Dr. Prunier is originally from Methuen, Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.S in Zoology in 1984. As an ocean and animal lover Dr. Prunier attended Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Chemistry graduating with an M.S in 1990. She went to work for NOAH in the Marine Mammal Department. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997, Dr. Prunier continued her career with marine mammals and both farm and domestic animals. Her interests are in fear-free veterniary medicine, emergency and critical care medicine, regenerative and internal medicine, geriatrics, and hospice care. Dr. Prunier is an avid sailor and writer she currently reside in Ft. Lauderdale with er pet cat L.G and her dog Nugget.
