For those of our clients who just recently got a new pet, or those people who have decided it is time for a new vet, here is a list of things to help prepare you for your visit.

• Call to schedule an appointment: You can either call us at (561) 997-8090 or schedule an appointment online.

• Contact previous vet to obtain medical records: If you are coming over from a different veterinarian, they can email your pet's old records directly to you or directly to us

• Email us your records: If the vet emailed the records to you, you can email them to us to make sure we have them before your visit. If you have any records that you keep feel free to send them over at this time

• Bring in a fecal sample: Sometimes your pet is due for one and this will help us from “going in” and getting a sample. This is also a good idea if your pet is having loose stool or bowel issues. We do have a fecal container that you can pick up to make it an easier process.

• Take pictures of your pets food/medication: Most people do not know what to say when we ask what diet and pills is your pet on? Take pictures so we can receive accurate information.

• Leashes and Carriers: Finally, make sure to bring your pet! Dogs should come in on a tight lease and cats should be secured in carriers.
